Terenure College RFC U20s are restructuring its U20s Coaching and Management Team and we would like to invite applications for the following positions:

Under 20’s Head Coach,
Forwards Coach & Backs Coach 

The successful candidates will develop and implement a clear strategy with a view to developing our U20s players to compete at U20 Premier level. They will be required to have a strong focus on player development and creating a winning culture in a positive environment.

Build close working relationships within the U20s set up, as well as with our Senior Squad Coaching Team with clear alignment on style of play and playbook

Quickly establish and develop a strong rapport with the playing squad
